Lessons include:
- Processing and Cooking American Alligator
- Processing and Cooking Iguanas
- Processing and Cooking several fish Species
- Learn Edible and Medicinal plants and Trees in the Area
- Understand how to enjoy the outdoors safely in Extreme Heat and Humid Environments
- Process potable water from the Landscape
- Build shade type and rain resistant shelters
- Start Fire in Wet and Humid Environments
- Waters Edge Tactics for fishing
- Dry and process Iguana Hides
- Make an iguana leather project
- Building a Raft from local materials
- Preserve Fish and other Meat Sources
- Determine Lat/Long by use of a Sextant and Rescue Communications
- Choices for Survival Gear and its uses in this unique region
Bonus Activities and Trip Perks
- 3 hours guided Gig Fishing/person (equipment provided)
